Mid Term Fitness Test

Before spring break, we conducted a mid term fitness test to see where we at. Here are my results:
  • Beep Test(level): 9.1 (Previous Result: 8.1)
  • Body Press(# w/o stop): 12 (Previous Result: 8)
  • Body Bridge(sec): 82.24 (Previous Result: 68.34)
  • T-Test(sec): 12.12 (Previous Result: 13.13)
  • Sit and Reach(level): 1 (Previous Result: 1)
  • Max Vertical(cm): 50 (Previous Result: 45)
  • Balance Board(touches/30 sec): 8 (Previous Result: 11)
This time, I improved on all the tests. I improved significantly on the T-test, beep test, and body bridge. My fitness has improved since the beginning of the year because I have been trying hard to push my limit. I think that I will get even better results next time.

Semester 2 Interim Report Work Habit

Work Habit
During the course of the year, I feel that I have put my best effort into working hard to improve my overall fitness. I have improved on the beep test significantly.

I am always prepared to give my best effort in class and almost always never forget to bring my gym strip. I offer to help with setting up activities when help is needed. I enjoy participating in class and enjoy being in this class.

In addition to getting my daily physical activity in my Active Learning class every other day, I go swimming three times a week to make up for the days I don't have class.

Overall, I feel that I have good work habits and am willing to participate in class.
